About Justin Leibering

I provide professional structural engineering services and expertise to homeowners, realtors, contractors, and commercial businesses.

After earning a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, both with a structural emphasis, from Purdue University, I began my career as a structural engineer in the architecture industry where I designed structures using wood, concrete, masonry and steel. In 2015, I earned my certification as a Professional Structural Engineer (PE, SE). I also gained experience with heavy-duty steel and concrete structures in the industrial industry before providing Transmission Line Design as a Senior Engineer at Duke Energy.

My experience in project management, production of full construction drawings, and construction administration allows me to provide clients with comprehensive, structurally-sound solutions and advice for a wide variety of projects.

As an independent consultant, I have the flexibility to take on projects that larger design firms can’t get to. My clients are able to get the professional engineering stamp of approval they need to get their project approved and keep their project on time and on budget.
