Inspection Process

Phone Consultation

We discuss the property and issues to ensure my services are needed. I complete structural inspections to check for foundation and other potential structural issues.  

Inspection

I perform the home inspection, which usually takes an hour or less. 

Structural Report

I draft a Professional Engineer-stamped letter within 1-2 days of completing the inspection.
